Samstag kommt es zu einem Non Title Match zwischen Roderick Strong und Austin Aries. Hier die Statements beider Wrestler dazu:

bei den Tapings also Strong vs. Aries - Non Title. Macht man jetzt Office screws Aries??
Match wird gut, das steht außer Frage.. und man festigt damit Roddy's Champion-Status weiter.. will ich mal hoffen.

ROH gibt für den Freitag das Holiday Gauntlet 2010 Match bekannt. Da am Freitag u.a. die Ausgabe für die Weihnachtswoche 2010 aufgezeichnet wird, wird es hier zu einem besonderen Gauntlet Match kommen, bei dem der Sieger von ROH und HDNet 10.000 US-Dollar als Preis erhält.
Dieses Match wird aus 8 Teilnehmern bestehen, welche per Losverfahren zufällig festgelegt werden und aus einem Pool der 16 besten ROH Wrestler ausgewählt werden.
Folgende 16 Wrestler stehen zur Debatte:
- Austin Aries
- Chris Hero
- Christopher Daniels
- Claudio Castagnoli
- Colt Cabana
- Davey Richards
- Eddie Edwards
- El Generico
- Homicide
- Kevin Steen
- Jay Briscoe
- Mark Briscoe
- Necro Butcher
- Rhett Titus
- Roderick Strong
- Steve Corino
8 Wrestler werden ihre Chance erhalten, wobei danach die Reihenfolge ausgewählt wird. 2 Wrestler werden das Match beginnen, eine Eliminierung führt zum nächsten Wrestler, der das Match betritt bis am Ende ein Wrestler übrigbleibt.

Holiday Gauntlet.. ok.. 16 Wrestler, von denen 8 antreten.. könnte eine ganze Episode füllen.. vielleicht ein Opener vorweg.. na ma sehen.. gewinnen kann die so gut wie jeder.
Homicide also gegen King.. und tagsdrauf gegen Steen.. bin gespannt wie man das umsetzt und ob bzw. wie er gewinnt. ?-(

Ganz ehrlich - von nem Sieg geh ich fast aus, da sie ja sonst scho fast 3 Siege hintereinander haben die Kings (bis auf Ninja HDNet Sache und die beiden Singles Siege danach) .... ABER selbst wenn No.1 Contender - es läuft momentan auf Kings vs. Wolves hinaus, da wird es eh keinen Titelwechsel geben - nichma an die Wolves weil es da den Singles Match Fokus der Wölfe gibt.
Und jap ... für das Holiday Gauntlet erwarte ich auch mindestens 30 Minuten.

Für die Show am 16. Oktober 2010 wird es wie von Colt Cabana gewünscht zu dem finalen Aufeinandertreffen zwischen ihm und Steve Corino kommen. Dieser finale Showdown kann nur durch zwei Worte sein Ende finden - "I QUIT!"
I Quit Match
Colt Cabana vs. Steve Corino
Colt Cabana forderte für dieses Match, dass man ihm und Steve die Möglichkeit gibt, dass sie dieses Match alleine klären können.
Zitat:“I know Steve and I know he’s got a dark side, a vicious streak, but these last few months have been above and beyond. Steve and Kev are feeding off each other. They’re both sick men all by themselves. Together, it’s like…I don’t know…a horror show come to life. Gleichzeitig ist ROH jedoch auch klar, dass man bei dieser Matchart schwerlich Kevin Steen fernhalten könnte, weswegen es zu einer besonderen Entscheidung für dieses Match kommt.
Kevin Steen WIRD bei diesem Match ringside sein - jedoch in einer Zwangsjacke.
Steve Corinos Statement dazu:
