Nachdem es schon seit Monaten spekulationen ueber das ende von 3PW gab ist das nun offiziell bestaetigt worden und kommt daher wenig ueberraschend. Wie der Besitzer von 3PW Mike Hawes bestaetigte wurde 3PW geschlossen. Hawes uebernahm die Promotion von Jasmin St Claire vor einigen Monaten, jedoch habe sich Hawes von einigen im Stich gelassen gefuehlt (mit Namen genannt Brian Hefferon aka The Blue Meanie seines zeichens Headbooker von 3PW) und innerhalb der letzten drei Monate $25 000 verloren. Der Geldgeber von ihm Richard McDonald sei aus dem Projekt ausgestiegen aufgrund von Persoenlichen Angelegenheiten. Hawes zeigte sich entaeuscht das er 3PW aufgeben musste, aber gerade in Philadelphia sei es heutzutage fast unmoeglich erfolgreich Shows zu promoten, ausser Hardcore Homecoming, so Mike Hawes. Hawes wuensche allen 3PW Wrestlern alles gute fuer die Zukunft

I want to thank EVERY wrestler who sacrificed themselves for the sake of entertaining the fans and for the sake of making 3PW an entertaining product.”

“This could've been avoided. Mike Hawes was very power hungry and didn't know what he was doing. When I was the owner, 3PW ran consistently and
had good matches and storylines. We also made money, which 3PW didn't do when I left because Mike Hawes doesn't know how to handle funds ... Despite my previous comments about Brian/Meanie, he's a good guy and didn't deserve this. 3PW was his baby and he did all he could for it. The fans should know that Brian did everything he could for 3PW and
really loved 3PW. I really hate Mike's guts for taking 3PW away from Brian and the fans.”
