Bret Hart`s neueste Auesserungen ueber WWE (Payback, AJ Styles, Finn Balor vs Samoa Joe/und mehr)
#1
Eine neue Woche und neue Aussagen des ehemaligen WWF Champions Bret Hart.

Seine Meinung zur 498 Parodie des Montreal Screwjob bei WWE, bei Payback:
Zitat:“I mostly just dealt with Vince on it. That was Vince’s concept I guess. I thought it was pretty flat, to be honest. I told him that. Initially the idea was that at the end I was just going to stand with my hands on my hips or something in the middle of the aisle way and block Ric Flair from leaving the ring. I remember going, “That’s pretty lame.” I just said, “I think we can do better than that.” It was my suggestion that I could give Ric a couple shots, knock him down and put him in The Sharpshooter. Maybe Nattie could do a Sharpshooter at the same time and we could end on that note. So, I’ll take full credit for the better pop of the match. As far as the ending, I’ll say now that I thought it was pretty flat and unoriginal. Kind of, been done a lot.“

Ueber AJ Styles und sein Titlematch gegen Roman Reigns meinte Bret:
Zitat:“I think it’s too early. Plus, the truth is, if they brought AJ in and protected him until now… even now would be a little early. They’ve already pinned him enough times that clearly he’s a wrestler who can be beat. The sort of aura and mystery of, “Who’s going to beat him?” That’s already been determined. They beat him so quick with Jericho already. I’m a big AJ fan and all that but I think they reduced his stock a lot before and now he’s fighting for the title. They should have protected him and protected him and protected him. He came in to the Rumble with such a good pop. He was clearly someone who should have been protected from that point on. So you can say, “Now he’s ready. He’s undefeated. No one has beat him yet. Put him with Roman Reigns!” That would mean something. Then maybe I would be talking differently but they’ve already pinned him enough times in meaningless sort of scenarios that were not critical to his rise. He was climbing really well.”

Ueber den Samoa Joe NXT Titlegewinn bei einer Houseshow gegen Fin Balor meinte Bret:
Zitat:“I like to throw a monkey wrench out. When some people think something is going to happen or know something is going to happen, when you knoooow Triple H is going to lose to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. You know it. It just takes the fun out of it. If you don’t know then it’s more of a mystery. When I had a wrestling match and I did moves and stuff in the ring. The fans knew a certain move was going to come up. I’d throw a swerve in to it and have something else happen. I think that’s important to wrestling in general. In everything. You never want people predicting what’s going to happen or know what’s going to happen. “Oh, he’s going to move on this one.” Then you move every time. You’ve got to change it up and actually jump up and land on somebody sometime and change the thinking. It’s good to spice it up and have house shows mean something again. I beat Ric Flair for the belt and it wasn’t even on TV. My first WWE Championship win. It’s always fun to keep it real. I think there’s an important legacy there. Wrestling was exposed a long time ago. Through the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s… we’ve always, in our own little way, tried to keep it real. When you dismiss that it’s not important anymore.”

Ueber die Shane vs Stephanie McMahon Beziehung:
Zitat:“With Shane I sensed he was really relaxed but I also sensed a distance there. In the backstage area I never saw Stephanie, Triple H and Shane all in the same room. I’m just reading between the lines without knowing anything. I could see that there was real tension there. They were all really friendly to me when they saw me but you never saw anybody at the same time. I noticed when I saw Shane after Natalya’s match that he didn’t go into what they call the Gorilla Position. He wasn’t in there. He wouldn’t go in there. He kind of stayed out and I realized then that it was just Stephanie and Triple H that were in there. I don’t know, maybe there’s real tensions there. I’ve said it before and I don’t know anymore than what I’ve said in recent broadcasts. I do sense there is some real tension in the family.”

Und Vince McMahon’s Reaktionen darauf:
Zitat:“I got the impression from watching it on television, just like the fans do, that Vince is loving it. He loves the tension between them and this little storyline that they have seems like it’s true and based on a real situation. A lot of times that’s what Vince likes to play on. He likes to play on real sensitive issues. Even like what he did to me in Phoenix a few years ago. It was all based on, “You screwed me,” and, “Bret screwed Bret,” and all these things that were so sensitive a few years before. He wanted to milk that as much as he could and get as much mileage out of it as possible. I sensed a lot of that in Chicago. There’s a lot of real tension in the air and Stephanie, Triple H and Shane aren’t really comfortable with the attention but Vince is loving it. He’s just throwing more gas on the fire.”
