Ja is natürlich immer interessant was so die Reihenfolge der Qualifier ist. Hätte gerne O'Reilly im Finale gesehen, gegen Steen wird es aber sehr schwer. King vs. El Generico ist derzeit natürlich sehr offen.

- Die ROH Trial Series wird für Andy "Right Leg" Ridge am 12. und 13. November 2010 weitergehen. Während er bereits bei den letzten Shows mit Colt Cabana und Ricky Reyes zwei kontrastreiche Gegner hatte, werden ihn auch jetzt wieder 2 von ROH's Besten erwarten. Seine beiden Gegner werden schon bald bekanntgegeben.

- Truth Martini hat seinen Rekrutierungsprozess beendet und versprochen, dass er bei den November Shows das neueste Mitglied des House Of Truth vorstellen wird.

- Viele Leute wollen ihre Hände an Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin kriegen und haben bereits für die Dzemeber Tapings nach Matches gefragt. Hintergrund ist natürlich, dass ein Sieg über diese beiden Wrestler einen sofortigen Push in die oberen Ränke bedeuten würde.

- Steve Corino hat kürzlich ROH kontaktiert und mitgeteilt, dass mit jedem fortschreitenden Tag Kevin Steen immer verrückter zu sein scheint. Er kann daher bei den November Shows für nichts garantieren und warnt Steens Gegner sowie El Generico vor, dass sie sich vorsehen sollten.

Hab mal bissl geforscht, da ich vermehrt jetzt gelesen habe, dass Josh Raymond von HoT nicht mehr bei ROH auftreten wird. Dachte da ist was vorgefallen.

Aber mittlerweile wurde bei der AAW Show vom vergangenen Wochenende durch Christian Able gesagt, dass sich Raymond eine Verletzung zugezogen habe und auf unbestimmte Zeit ausfallen wird. Keine Details bisher was genau ist, schade ist es allemal. Daher wohl die SL dass Martini sich jemanden als Ersatz sucht.

The bottom line here, Colt, is that we wouldn’t have done those things if you hadn’t been in his corner. I know what you must feel like now, having dedicated your entire year to making sure he was okay. Making sure we wouldn’t kill him. You put your own career on the backburner for the last 12 months to make sure his wouldn’t end and what has that gotten you? Nothing at all. Now you have to start from scratch and work your way up the ladder to get titles shots and important matches because you were too busy taking care of a nuisance that doesn’t even belong here.

I know what you feel like. I kept it inside me for three years. But you have to know, it’s normal to feel this way…it’s good. And we’re here for you.

We were good friends before all of this started. You were like a big brother to me. And now I hope that we can put all of this behind us and get back that relationship. After all, after licking your blood you’re practically a part of me. And I want to be able to call you my sweet, dear friend again.

Hmm, das wär schon was. Aber Cabana als Heel? Kann ich mir momentan nicht vorstellen, aber ist ja alles möglich...
Und würde auch irgendwie glaubhaft werden. Wenn man sagt, dass Cabana es leid ist so vermöbelt zu werden. Generico hat ihn da in was rein gezogen, was er gar nicht wollte usw...

It has been eleven months since the darkness began.

By now, everyone knows the story of December 19, 2009 and the war that’s taken place as a result of that night. And just like in any war, blood, sweat and tears have been shed by many. The one thing that can be said of the war between Kevin Steen and El Generico however, is that there has been no death. But that too will soon change. On December 18, 2010, one of these men’s careers will die.

“Final Battle 20103 will mark the end of an era, but also the dawn of a new day. They say it’s always darkest before the dawn. In this story, that could not be any truer. With the dawn only a month away, things have never been darker for either man.

It is very apparent how deranged Kevin Steen has become. As the months have gone by in this war, his actions have been progressively more disturbing. However, since unmasking his foe at “Glory By Honor IX”, he has been closer to the edge than ever. It has gotten to the point where even his mentor Steve Corino has lost control of the situation. It has been said that a man with nothing to lose is the most dangerous man of all. In the case of Steen, it appears to be quite the opposite. He is marching into battle in New York City with everything on the line, which makes him more threatening than ever before. His descent into madness has made him quite possibly the most dangerous man in ROH. This must be a concern not only to Generico, but all ROH competitors including the Kings of Wrestling who take on Steen and Corino this coming weekend with the ROH World Tag Team Championships on the line. Although, should he be victorious in vanquishing El Generico at Final Battle, one has to believe the ROH World Championship would not be unrealistic as his next target.

While Steen’s decent into madness has been apparent in countless videos and letters, El Generico has quietly entered an equally dark and unstable frame of mind. El Generico is a man who once embodied light heartedness and didn’t appear to have a bad bone in his body. Generico like Steen though, is now a man on the edge. His current state is a far cry from the bouncy, fun-loving luchador fans have seen over the years. He was last seen at the TV Tapings in early-October clad in all black, including a strange black mask, with a more vicious temperament than ever before. He was then M.I.A in Dayton and Chicago with ROH offices unable to confirm his presence. What will happen this weekend when he returns to action against Eddie Edwards with the TV title on the line? The masked man in black appears to have nothing but revenge on his mind. As opposite as he and Steen are, Generico now finds himself in exactly the same position – pushed to the brink of insanity, with a simple mission of ending the other man’s career.

Both men are extremely focused but have two very different approaches. Generico has been simmering in his own madness and growing more disturbed by the day as he prepares for the storm ahead. Steen has been in the spotlight telling anyone who will listen of his plans and upping the ante with his mental warfare. Steen’s latest mind game may be the most controversial of all, as a video was recently released here on ROHWrestling.com wherein he announced that he will be selling El Generico’s mask on Ebay. If stealing Generico’s mask from him has caused this radical transformation in the masked man, one can only imagine what the backlash will be now that Steen is trying to shamelessly hock Generico’s very identity to the highest bidder. Will Steen’s latest mind game will get inside Generico’s head enough to shake him on his mission of redemption, or if it will ultimately end up being his undoing?

It has been eleven months since Kevin Steen turned his back on El Generico. Time does not always heal all wounds. Time sometimes makes the wounds deeper and deeper until they infect the wounded, and that infection takes over mind, body, and soul. Such is the case for Kevin Steen and El Generico, who are now getting ready for the storm. The clouds have been brewing for a long time. It has only gotten darker and darker on the warfront, but the end is coming. And on that day, it will be the biggest storm ever to hit New York City.
