Icon Sport gab nun bekannt das Frank Trigg am 1 December bei Icon Sport-Unstoppable auf den populaersten Fighter auf Hawaii und den amtierenden Icon Sport Middleweight Champion Jason “Mayhem“ Miller treffen wird. Fuer Mayhem wird es die erste Titleverteidigung sein nachdem er den Title gegen Robbie Lawler in einem Spitzenfight gewann vor einigen Wochen. Trigg kommt dagegen aus seinem Retirement zurueck das er anfang des Jahres verkuendete.
Icon Sport President T Jay Thompson meinte zu dem Fight nun:“Trigg has all the tools to become the next Icon Sport Middleweight Champion. He excels at doing damage from the top position. And we saw what happened when Lawler got on top of Mayhem in that now-infamous second round of their bout...Lawler nearly finished the fight right there. Mayhem will be in real trouble if he finds himself under someone who has the wrestling and ground-and-pound skills of Trigg. Trigg vs. Mayhem will be an absolute war.”
