The quarter-hour ratings were very steady during the middle portion of the show, ranging from a 1.03 to 1.09 rating. The beginning and ending showed more variance with a 1.00 rating to open Impact, a 0.95 rating in Q7, and a 1.10 rating in Q8 to conclude Impact.
The 1.10 rating in the final quarter-hour was the highest rating of the show, just topping Q2 and Q3, which scored 1.09 ratings. The final quarter-hour featured the end of the Robert Roode vs. Immortal handicap match and beginning of the Sting-Hulk Hogan contract signing segment.
Each quarter-hour was below its corresponding yearly average, showing the entire episode was down. It marked the second consecutive week the entire show has been below the periodic average.
First Hour Break Down

Q3: Impact scored another 1.09 rating for the Joe-Morgan post-match, one full commercial, the Mexican America-Ink, Inc. verbal exchange, and half of another commercial. (down 6.3% vs. 2011-Q3 average)
Q4: Impact declined to a 1.03 rating for a segment that started with the second-half of a commercial and included Austin Aries & Kid Kash vs. Brian Kendrick & Jesse Sorensen and a full commercial break. (down 7.9% vs. 2011-Q4 average)
Second Hour Break Down
Q5: Impact opened with only a slight uptick to a 1.06 rating for the lengthy Knockouts in-ring segment featuring virtually the entire roster (apparently indicating viewers are more interested in a few rather than the entire sum of the parts), plus one commercial. (down 14.2% vs. 2011-Q5 average)
Q6: Impact dipped slightly to a 1.04 rating for Mr. Anderson vs. Scott Steiner, a lengthy post-match with Immortal and Abyss, one full commercial, and Angle talking to James Storm backstage. (down 10.7% vs. 2011-Q6 average)
Q7: Impact bottomed out for the night with a 0.95 rating. The segment featured various non-wrestling segments including the announcers on-camera, a hype video for Robert Roode, and the first-half of Roode vs. Immortal in a handicap match. (down 17.2% vs. 2011-Q7 average)
Q8: Impact finished with a show-high 1.10 rating for the end of Roode-Immortal, post-match, one full commercial, and the first part of the Sting-Hogan contract signing segment. (down 8.0% vs. 2011-Q8 average of a 1.20 rating to conclude Impact)
