Q3: Impact increased slightly to a 1.20 rating for the full tag match, one commercial break, and the Austin Aries-Kid Kash talking segment. (up 2.5% vs. 2011-Q3 average)

Q4: Impact dropped to a first-hour low 1.14 rating for Gunner's trip to the gym, Sting and Jarrett talking backstage, and two full commercial breaks, which dragged down the rating. (up 0.8% vs. 2011-Q4 average)

Q5: Impact increased to a show-high 1.31 rating, an increase of 15 percent compared to Q4. On the year, Impact has averaged a 10 percent increase from Q4 to Q5. The segment included Steiner & Ray backstage, the full Mickie-ODB Street Fight, one commercial, and the first-half of James Storm and Kurt Angle's satellite exchange. (up 5.6% vs. 2011-Q5 average)

Q6: Impact dropped back to the Q4 level with a 1.12 rating for the end of Angle-Storm, one commercial, various backstage segments, and the first-half of Robbie E. vs. RVD for the TV Title. (down 3.7% vs. 2011-Q6 average)

Q7: Impact declined to a show-low 1.04 rating for the second-half of Robbie-RVD, one commercial, backstage bits, and ring introductions for the main event. (down 9.0% vs. 2011-Q7 average)

Q8: Impact increased slightly to a 1.09 rating for the Roode-Styles-Hardy main event set up at the beginning of the show. There was also one mid-match commercial. (down 8.2% vs. 2011-Q8 average)

Im Vergleich zur Vorwoche ist der Wert somit um 0.09 Punkte gesunken. Insgesamt haben rund die 1.444.000 Zuschauer die Ausgabe am Donnerstagabend verfolgt - ein Zuwachs von 4.000 Zusehern. Im Main Event der Show kam es zu einem Tag Team Match zwischen AJ Styles & Jeff Hardy und Bobby Roode & Jeff Jarrett.

Würde nicht zu viel auf das Rating geben - handelte sich immerhin um die Go-Home-Show, wo die Ratings ja meistens ein wenig schwächer sind. Nächste Woche dürfte sicherlich wieder mit einem Anstieg zu rechnen sein! :=:

Ich persönlich finde das Rating gar nicht mal so schlecht. Zwar sind die Prozentpunkte gesunken, doch dafür haben mehr Leute als in der Woche zuvor eingeschaltet. Außerdem hatte man in Form von der NFL (6.578.000 Zuschauer) sowie anderer Sendungen wieder große Konkurrenz.

Die Viertelstundenwerte:

TNA Impact Wrestling on Thursday, December 8 leading to the Final Resolution PPV officially scored a 1.07 rating off a first hour 1.09 rating and second hour 1.06 rating. Impact scored the lowest second hour rating in eight weeks dating back to the Impact before Bound for Glory.

The quarter-hour ratings were very steady with little variance throughout the two-hour show. The high was a 1.12 rating in the second quarter-hour and the low was a 1.03 rating two times - at the end of each hour.

Each quarter-hour was below its corresponding 2011 average. Most notably, the eight quarter-hour scored 13 percent below the Q8 average on the year and the fifth quarter-hour scored 12 percent below the Q5 average.

Q1: Impact opened with a 1.08 rating for the Sting-Robert Roode-Dixie Carter segment, where Roode spit in Dixie's face. There was also one commercial break. (down 8.4% vs. 2011-Q1 average)

Q2: Impact reached its highest point with a 1.12 rating for Samoa Joe vs. Abyss, Karen Jarrett and the Knockouts backstage, and only half of a commercial break, which likely helped the rating. (down 3.4% vs. 2011-Q2 average)

Q3: Impact held steady with a 1.11 rating for a lengthy Pope-Devon-Devon's sons segment, plus what amounted to one full commercial break with half of the Q2 commercial and half of a Q4 commercial. (down 5.1% vs. 2011-Q3 average)

Q4: Impact dipped to a show-low 1.03 rating for a Knockouts match of Madison Rayne vs. Mickie James, plus one-and-a-half commercials breaks (half of the Q3 break and one full break leading to the top of the second hour). (down 8.7% vs. 2011-Q4 average)

Q5: Impact increased slightly to a 1.09 rating for Gunner vs. Garett Bischoff, one commercial, and a follow-up with Garett taken away in an ambulance. (down 11.9% vs. 2011-Q5 average)

Q6: Impact slid 0.02 to a 1.07 rating, which was the pattern for the rest of the show. The segment featured James Storm and Kurt Angle in a mid-ring confrontation, Karen backstage with the Knockouts, one full commercial, and Devon reprimanding his sons. (down 7.9% vs. 2011-Q6 average)

Q7: Impact slid to a 1.05 rating for Traci Brooks vs. Gail Kim, various backstage segments, one full commercial, and ring introductions for the main event. (down 8.0% vs. 2011-Q7 average)

Q8: impact slid to a 1.03 rating - tied for the lowest of the show - for the main event of Jeff Hardy & A.J. Styles vs. Jeff Jarrett & Robert Roode with one mid-match commercial break. (down 13.0% vs. 2011-Q8 average)

Im Vergleich zur Vorwoche ist der Wert somit um 0.07 Punkte gestiegen. Die Viertelstundenwerte betrugen dabei 1.22, 1.16, 1.18, 1.12, 1.13, 1.12, 1.12, 1.05 und 1.13.

Insgesamt haben rund die 1.671.000 Zuschauer die Ausgabe am Donnerstagabend verfolgt - ein Zuwachs von 227.000 Zusehern. Im Main Event der Show kam es zu einem Match zwischen Bully Ray und Jeff Hardy.

Joa... wenn man sich mal das Datum ansieht, ist das mehr oder weniger schwache Rating nicht sehr verwunderlich. Aber solche Schwankungen gibts immer und ich würde da überhaupt nichts drauf geben!!

Impact peaked at the start of each hour with a 1.10 rating in Q1 and a 1.10 rating in Q5. Impact took a hit in the middle of the first hour and also delivered a weak 1.00 rating in the final quarter-hour for Sting's unhyped return match.

All quarter-hours were below the corresponding 2011 average, including four quarter-hours in the middle of the show that were double-digit percentages below the yearly average.

First Hour Break Down

Q1: Impact opened with a 1.10 rating for a promo exchange involving Robert Roode & Bully Ray and Sting & Jeff Hardy setting up the main event. There was also one commercial break. (down 6.6% vs. 2011-Q1 average)

Q2: Impact dropped to a show-low 0.89 rating for the RVD & Daniels vs. Styles & Kazarian tag tournament match. There was also one commercial break. Other than the Thanksgiving episode, this was the lowest Q2 rating of the year. (down 22.9% vs. 2011-Q2 average)

Q3: Impact increased slightly to a still-weak 0.96 rating for Tony Nese vs. Zema Ion, one commercial, and The Pope and Devon backstage. (down 17.7% vs. 2011-Q3 average)

Q4: Impact increased slightly to a below-average 1.00 rating for ODB & Eric Young's restaurant date, Madison Rayne's in-ring promo with Tara & Tessmacher, and two full commercial breaks. (down 11.2% vs. 2011-Q4 average)
