UFC verklagt Wanderlei Silva

Die UFC hat nun Wanderlei Silva verklagt, weil dieser behauptet hat das die UFC Fights abgesprochen seien. Silva versucht seit seiner lebenslangen NSAC Suspendierung (ihr wisst, da wo er vom Dopingtest davon lief und im Anschluss gelogen hat) alles um die UFC in der Oeffentlichkeit schlecht dastehen zu lassen. Natuerlich weil er entlassen werden will, sodass er wieder in Japan antreten kann, obwohl er eigentlich retired ist. Doch die UFC entlaesst ihn nicht, egal was Silva bisher sagte.

Silva sagte nun: “I don’t want to work for this company anymore and they won’t fire me That’s what happens with those who speak the truth in this company, they are driven out. UFC has no respect for anyone. I made it clear to all of you that I won’t ever fight for this promotion again, U.F. Circus. Fixed fights, and I can prove it. I haven’t dropped the bomb yet. I haven’t said everything that I know.”


Die UFC gab in einem Statement bekannt:
“Over the past year, Silva has continued to criticize Zuffa (the UFC’s parent company), its owners and executive officers, and the NSAC (Nevada Athletic Commission) in a variety of public outlets even going so far as to declare out-of-competition drug testing to be unconstitutional. While Zuffa has monitored Silva’s remarks, the company has largely dismissed Silva’s attacks as the misguided rants of a disgruntled ex-fighter. Silva’s latest outburst, however, has indisputably crossed the line and necessitates swift legal redress.”

Nun in dem Prozess kann ja Wanderlei Silva die Beweise vorlegen die er hat…*hust*

Die UFC und Wanderlei Silva haben sich nun geeinigt. Wanderlei Silva musste sich Entschuldigen fuer die hypokritischen Fixed Fights Anschuldigungen gegen die UFC, dafuer wurde Wanderlei Silva von seinem Vertrag entlassen und kann nun in Japan und Brazil wieder antreten…eigentlich ist er ja retired, woran keiner glaubt, und eigentlich ist er in den USA noch immer auf Lebenszeit gesperrt, woran er sich aber sich nicht halten wird.

Silva sagte in seiner Entschuldigung, und das ist wirklich lustig, er behauptet er haette nicht genau gewusst was das Wort “Fight Fixing“ bedeutet…yeah sure…Er haelt alle anderen auch fuer bescheuert. Bei Anderson Silva hat es ja auch geklappt, also denkt er wahrscheinlich, kann er es auch mal probieren. Der Typ ist so ein Witz.

“In July of last year, I posted a number of comments on Facebook and Twitter, which included repeated claims that the UFC ‘fixed fights’ and that I could ‘prove it.’ I hereby retract any such statements in their entirety as I failed to understand that the term ‘fight-fixing’ specifically refers to the illegal action or practice of dishonestly determining the outcome of a contest before it occurs.

I understand the UFC’s reputation would be harmed if my fans and others actually believed the UFC engaged in fight fixing, and I have no evidence to support such a claim. I apologize for any misunderstanding my comments may have caused.”

Was mit der Klage der UFC gegen Wanderelei Silva passiert, ist bisher nicht bekannt, vielleicht hat man sich aber auch da geeinigt und die UFC zieht die Klage zurueck.
