Folgendes habe ich auf 1wrestling.com gefunden,ich lasse es mal auf English

Myself and a few other readers informed eBay of our feelings. I finally wrote the seller who lives in Pittsburgh also, that I felt the belt was not the original, as did Bruno.

Well today the seller gave me his phone number for Bruno to call him, which he did. Bruno told Ronn that he felt the belt is a fake, which Ronn said he bought at an auction in Philadelphia. To correct this situation, the seller is bringing the belt to Bruno tomorrow to see what Bruno thinks.

The seller told Bruno if he feels the belt is a fake, he himself will let eBay know its not original and not honor the bid.

The original belt was stolen from Arnold Skaaland's car in Manhattan in 1966. Vince McMahon had the police and FBI in on the investigation, but they never came up with anything.

We also know that a duplicate copy of the belt was made for a fan in Queens by the name of Frank. We have lost contact with Frank but know he would never give up his copy to anyone. He was a huge Bruno fan and was so happy Bruno allowed him to get a copy made by Reggie Parks.

I have compared the photo's I have with the photo's on eBay and they are similar but not the same.

I hope this clears up the confusion about the Bruno Sammartino belt situation

Ziemlich verwirrend.

Nochmal im Klartext:

Der originale Gürtel ist längst verschwunden und nie wieder aufgetaucht. Und die Kopie des Gürtels hat dieser eine Fan, der ihn aber niemals wieder weg geben könnte?! Und der bei Ebay ist nur nen Fake, also sozusagen eine andere Kopie?

Ob der Guertel ein Fake ist wird sich zeigen.Es koennte sich auch um den 1966 gestohlenen Guertel handeln,was ja jetzt geprueft wird mit Sammartino
