ECCW Wrestler Gorgeous Michelle Starr hat nun nach 20 Jahren im Professional Wrestling sein Retirement bekannt gegeben.Folgendes schrieb er auf das ECCW board:

As I announced last week that I am retiring from Wrestling. It is time to move on to other things. I have had great times and not so great times in this wacky business that I have been in since I was 16. I have spent 20 years of my life in or around the square circle. My dream was to go to Japan and I did that not once but 8 times. I was also lucky enough to go to South Korea and the United Kingdom. There are many people who have helped me along the way and I won't forget who you are.

I am moving on to my new occupation as a Longshoreman here in Surrey. It is great job and has a very good future for me an my family. I am still also operating my Vellios Moving Company along with ECCW.
You may see me checking out the occasional show, but for the most part I will be spending my free time with my family.

-Und noch ein Wrestler gab diese Woche sein Retirement bekannt,diesesmal handelte es sich jedoch um ein Veteran.Michelle Starr (Realname: Mark Vellios) hat sich nach 20 Jahren im Professional Wrestling im alter von 36 Jahren und einer wohl kaum vergleichbareren Karriere dazu entschieden seine aktive Karriere als Wrestler nach 17 Jahren zu beenden um sich mehr seiner Familie widmen zukoennen.Michelle Starr wrestlete ua mehrmals in Japan und Korea,im United Kingdom,Mexico bis Australia und natuerlich den USA und vorallem Canada.

Seine Karriere begann er im Alter von 15 Jahren (!!) als Ringcrew Mitglied der WWF.Nach 3 Jahren bei der WWF Ringcrew entdeckte ihn WWF Trainer Billy Anderson (der trainierte ua schon Sting und Louie Spicolli) und als Mike Starr trat er in den 80ern fuer die WWF an.1988 kam er dann nach Vancouver zu All Star Wrestling und blieb seither in Vancouver mit einigen touren um die Welt.Zum schluss arbeitete er als Wrestler,Trainer und vorallem Booker bei der ECCW.Letztere Rolle wird er in Zukunft sporadisch noch ausfuellen wenn es ihm die Zeit erlaubt.Vorallem in Vancouver ist Michelle Starr einer der einflussreichsten Persoenlichkeiten der letzten 20 Jahre im Professional Wrestling als Trainer,Promoter,Booker aber auch als Wrestler gewessen.Unter folgendem Link findet ihr auf dem ECCW Board das Retirement Statement von Starr.
