WWE star Maryse Ouellet claims an "extremely disturbing and delusional" man is OBSESSED with her ... and now she's asked a judge for protection after he allegedly promised to "take me to heaven with him."



Maryse -- a WWE diva who's been romantically linked with former WWE champion The Miz -- filed a request for a permanent restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber ... claiming he has sent "numerous terrifying letters to my home and left more than 50 voicemails on my personal cell phone all of which are extremely disturbing and delusional."

In one of the letters Maryse claims she received from Silber, he promises to "not only give you a check for $100,000, but give you a 100 carat diamond ring worth $20,000,000 to prove I am your friend."

Maryse says Silber's letters have gotten scarier over the last few weeks ... with Silber promising that he will be "coming to LA for me" ... and will "take me to heaven with him."

In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Maryse states, "I fear for my life."

Maryse tells TMZ she's beefed up security at her home recently ... calling Silber a "crazy stalker ... who needs to either be in a psychiatric hospital or jail!"

Maryse is due back in court August 3rd.

TMZ placed several calls to Silber for comment -- so far, no response.

The man accused of stalking WWE star Maryse Ouellet has been legally banned from going anywhere close to the beauty for the next 3 years ... TMZ has learned.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge granted Maryse's request for a restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber this morning -- requiring the guy to stay at least 300 feet away from the Diva ... for the next 3 years.

As we previously reported, Ouellet claims Silber has been harassing her constantly -- leaving more than 50 delusional voicemails on her cell phone ... and sending her increasingly scary letters, promising to track her down in L.A. and "take me to heaven with him."

Several attempts to reach Silber were unsuccessful.

UPDATE: Maryse was accompanied to court by WWE superstar The Miz. On their way out of the courthouse, both WWE stars were pretty tight-lipped, but seemed satisfied with the result.

Da ist so ein Smartphone endlich mal nützlich.
Also laut meinem Handy sind das 91,44m. Ich glaub gehört zu haben dass bei Halle Barry vor kurzem ein ähnliches Urteil gesprochen wurde. Hab da aber was mit 500m im Gedächtnis. Von daher halte ich das eher für wenig.

vor allen dingen jemanden einschüchtern, angst einjagen oder auhc erschiessen kann man auch aus der entfernung

Selbst mit nem Fotoapparat kann man heutzutage die 90 Meter ranzoome... Bei nem Stalker würde ich härter durchgreifen.. 300 Meter sind angebracht.. Nicht für immer aber für die erste Zeit. Nach nen paar Jahren kann man das ja dann ein bisschen absenken.
