And how is Triple H “putting his hands on talent” (presumably agreeing to fight Punk) any different from McMahon putting himself in matches, even winning a World Title? And by the way, where were some of the other main-eventers - Cena, Punk, Orton? I believe this is poorly done, badly written, and incredibly illogical even by wrestling standards. They've really over-reached and screwed the pooch on this one -- it's almost in Vince Russo era WCW territory, it's so bad.
