Mark Madden: Ambrose throws the weakest punches in the Business

Mark Madden hat bei dem Jim Ross Podcast ueber Dean Ambrose folgendes gesagt:

I know a lot of your listeners aren't going to agree with this this, but to me one of the single most disappointing WWE performers in recent memory is Dean Ambrose.

Ambrose is over to a degree but I just don't like where they have taken this character, and I think there's gaping holes in his work.

Well he's the crazy guy but he's not really crazy. He's the "goofy crazy" guy, and "goofy crazy" ain't over.

"Brian Pillman crazy" gets over. "Terry Funk crazy" gets over. "Network sitcom crazy" - that's what Dean Ambrose is - and it ain't over.

There are X amount of the smart marks that go goofy for the guy. But JR let me tell you the one thing I can't stand about him, and this is a peeve I won't get over until he corrects it, and it especially makes him a bad opponent for Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania:

Dean Ambrose can't throw a believable punch. How can you be in Main Events in WWE and not throw a believable punch? How can you not have solved that part of your arsenal, especially when it has been oft-criticised?

The guy throws the weakest punches in the business.

Zu Ambrose Lunatic Fringe Charackter habe ich auch schon Mal was geschrieben das er nicht lunatic ist. Was die Punches betrifft, ja Ambrose Punches sind schlecht, aber Hogan und Austin waren auch horrible darin.

Zu Ambrose:
Er ist wirklich nicht "Terry Funk crazy", er ist einfach PG-Crazy. Es ist halt nicht alles seine Schuld, finde seinen Charakter aber recht unterhaltsam und bin froh das er im Main Event ist.
Und ja seine Punches sind oft nicht optimal, aber er sind halt oft jabs die halt nicht so super darzustellen sind.
Der WWE Main Event hat weitaus größere Probleme als einen Dean Ambrose. Also ich verstehe die Kritik, aber man sollte da wirklich erstmal andere Leute kritisieren, bis man bei Dean Ambrose ankommt.

Kann dir da nur zustimmen, siasy.
Ambrose ist in den Grenzen in denen man ihn lässt ein super Charakter und Wrestler.
Finde ihn immer sehr authentisch und kaufe ihm das alles ab.
Glaube auch, dass die WWE größere Baustellen hat.

Wenn Mark Madden diese Woche Raw gesehen hat, wird er nicht mehr sagen das Dean Ambrose die weakest Punches im Business hat. Shane McMahon hat ihn definitiv abgeloest seit Raw mit seinen weak Punches gegen die 4 Security Jobber.
