Wrestling Inc. reports that violations of these rules will start with a warning, but could progress to a fine and even turn into a suspension. The company claims a clause in WWE talent's contracts grants it "exclusive use of their likeness."

Wir erinnern uns, wie die wwf kurz nach der Jahrtausendwende die Konkurrenz (wcw, ecw) einfach kaufte und dann zerschlug, ohne dass der Staat eingriff. Bereits in der Schlussphase des Territorialsystems war es Ted Turner und Anderen sonnenklar, dass Vince McMahon im Gegensatz zu seinem Vater bewusst und zielstrebig eben dieses Monopol anstrebt. Ebenso bewusst und zielstrebig sollte man dieses Monopol nun vor Augen Vince McMahons zerschlagen. Das wäre dann ein Sieg des Guten über das Böse!

heute ist er 76 Jahre alt geworden. Immer noch hat er das Ruder in der Hand.
