Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson did an interview with MTV News to promote WrestleMania 27. The Rock teased that he would be a part of the final moments of WrestleMania and said the following: "Like with any show, like with any movie, you want to make sure the final five, 10 minutes of the show are worth every penny."

- Somit sollte eigentlich "feststehen", dass man das WWE Title Match als Main Event bringt... ;)

WWE is hoping that the addition of The Rock and Snooki to WrestleMania 27 will help them break 1 million pay-per-view buys. They're also hoping that the use of social media like Facebook and Twitter will help push buys.

- War mir klar, und nachdem das Segment mit Cena, Rock und Miz 7.3 Mio. Fans verfolgt haben, wird sich das schon positiv auf die Buyrate auswirken denke ich. WWE will auch Facebook und Twitter nutzen, um sozusagen off air auch weiterhin für Mania zu werben, und nicht nur bei den TV-Shows. Deshalb will die WWE auch, dass sich die Worker Twitter-Accounts anlegen.
