Anderson Silva auessert sich
Anderson Silva hat sich zu seinem positiven Test geauessert, und natuerlich ist er unschuldig, so wie jeder andere auch der jemals positive getestet wurde, das ist ja klar:
“I’ve been competing in this sport for a very long time. This is my nineteenth fight in the UFC. I have been thoroughly tested many times and have never had a positive drug test. I have not taken any performance enhancing drugs. My stance on drugs is, and will always be, the same. I’m an advocate for a clean sport. I’m consulting with my advisors right now to explore all of my options and intend to fight this allegation and clear my name. I will not make any further comments until my team advises me to do so.”
Silva kann die Oeffnung der B Probe beantragen, bisher wurde das noch nicht gemacht, aber Silva hat noch ein paar Wochen Zeit dafuer. Am 17 Februar findet die Anhoerung statt.
Der Arzt von Anderson Silva ist im uebrigen Dr Marcio Tannure, das ist der selbe Arzt den Antonio Silva hatte. Antonio Silva wurde nach dem Mark Hunt Fight auch positiv getestet und Bigfoot gab Dr Marcio Tannure die Schuld daran.
GSPs Coach vergleicht Anderson Silva mit Lance Armstrong
Der Coach von GSP Firas Zahabi hat nun Anderson Silva mit Lance Armstrong verglichen:“It’s horrible for the sport. Lance Armstrong has not helped the sport of cycling. So many people were inspired by its history. And then we learn that it is a lie. Now, you live something similar in our sport.”
Ausserdem sagt Zahabi das er Silva nicht glaubt das alles nur ein Fehler ist:“A mistake with two types of different steroids? I’m sorry, but we are not fools!”
Dana White steht zu Anderson Silva und seinem TUF Brazil 4 Coaching Gig
UFC President Dana White sagte nun das er zu Silva steht und das Silva den Coaching Gig bei TUF 4 Brazil behaelt:
“Anderson Silva has been one of the greatest athletes this sport has ever seen. He has had a long and distinguished career in mixed martial arts. In his nine years with the UFC, Anderson has never tested positive for a banned substance.”
Anmerkung: ….bis auf das eine Mal wo Anderson Silva doch positiv getestet wurde…aber pssst nicht zu laut sagen…. ;)
Und weiter: “In light of this, we want to ensure that Anderson gets his due process and we will support him during this time. While this process plays out, Anderson will continue in his role as coach of The Ultimate Fighter Brazil. Of course we will continue to monitor the actions of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.”
