Ich schreibe mal die NB Meldung dazu und verschiebe ins WWE Forum, da WWE News:
Aufgrund der zahlreichen negativen Medienreaktionen auf das Terroristen Segment bei Smackdown vor zwei Wochen andem Muhammed Hassan beteiligt war, verlangte der Sender UPN das WWE den Muhammed Hassan Charackter ueberhaupt nichtmehr bei Smackdown einsetzt. Daraufhin entschied sich WWE den Charackter ganz zu streichen. Ob jetzt Mark Magnus wieder sein OVW Gimmick bekommt und unter seinem echten Namen antritt ist noch nicht bekannt, auch was aus Shawn Daivari wird ist noch offen. WWE gab gestern mittag noch folgendes Statetement bzgl Muhammed Hassan bekannt:
Due to the unfortunate terrorist attacks in London on Thursday, July 7, which coincided with our pre-produced WWE SmackDown! program, UPN has asked us to be sensitive to the usage of the Arab-American character, Muhammad Hassan. We have agreed with UPN, and have not had the character on SmackDown! since that date. It is uncertain as to whether or not the WWE will continue with this character beyond this Sunday’s Pay-Per-View, The Great American Bash.
