Einer vom PW Torch hat die Sache rund um Triple H meiner Ansicht nach perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht:
Und noch was von Jericho: "Wow what a mess the WWE is after Raw last night! Only one man can clean it up...time to bring back Funaki."
Zitat:Nick of Austin, Tex. (5.0): I’m giving this a 5.0 because I find the entire “walk-out” storyline to be ridiculously implausible. There are so many holes in the premise, I can’t take it. Is it Triple H’s fault that Mark Henry is running rampant putting people on the shelf? That he injured Jerry Lawler? And then what was Henry – one of the main perpetrators of all the mayhem – doing at ringside nodding his head in agreement with everyone else? What’s his gripe? Why is Lawler complaining? Shouldn’t he be sore at Henry for nearly killing him? How does Lawler’s admission that it’s not even Triple H’s fault (that someone is sabotaging him) lead to his completely illogical conclusion of “no confidence?” Isn’t he happy that Henry got fined? Doesn't Lawler realize that he just contradicted the entire notion of what "no confidence" means? And the referees – after 40 years of wrestlers manhandling refs - only NOW do they decide that they’ve had enough? WWE is suddenly a dangerous work environment because two guys who were “fired” are attacking people? How does this differ from years upon years of run-ins, sneak attacks, and beat-downs during any week in WWE since the 1970s? Why is it suddenly “dangerous?” Why are the Divas whining? Don’t they remember the Dudley Boys putting women through tables? Vince McMahon making Trish Stratus bark like a dog? Elizabeth getting slapped by Jake Roberts? Marlena being kidnapped? And how is Triple H “putting his hands on talent” (presumably agreeing to fight Punk) any different from McMahon putting himself in matches, even winning a World Title? And by the way, where were some of the other main-eventers - Cena, Punk, Orton? I believe this is poorly done, badly written, and incredibly illogical even by wrestling standards. They've really over-reached and screwed the pooch on this one -- it's almost in Vince Russo era WCW territory, it's so bad.
